“Who is that lady with a camera?”

Hi, I’m Fran! I’m a mother, wife, and proud “Franma” to my lovely grandson. I have a love for charity shops, slightly addicted to vinted at the moment. a soft spot for all things boho, and an adventurous spirit that leads me and my camper van, Bob the Bus, on many a countryside escape.

When I’m not exploring, you’ll find me enjoying a large red wine and watching any period drama to escape into,  guilty pleasures include of a bit of folk music & a sea shanty.  Tending to our new allotment — a nod to my love for sustainable living (and yes, I do own a pair of dungarees). And while I might be a bit of a nature lover, I also have a bit of a wild side. Back in the day, I was a disco queen at age seven, twirling under disco balls in my living room, and you will definitely still catch me on the dance floor now, powered by a glass or 3 of red wine! only issue is now, my body lets me know I’m no longer in my 30’s raving it up in Ibiza, (pass the pain killers please)

I’m a blend of opposites — both quiet and loud, introverted and extroverted. These sides of me have been shaped by my many roles in this thing we call life : daughter, sister, mother, wife, and grandmother. I’ve always been fascinated by people, their stories, and the threads that connect us all. It’s this love of human connection that drew me to photography.

To me, a photograph is more than a picture; it’s a piece of living history, capturing the spirit of a family, a moment, a bond. I believe in creating images that show your  wedding or family in its truest form, preserving those raw, real moments for future generations.
